When do I need to start giving the tablets?
Scullcap & Valerian Tablets should be given daily, ideally splitting the recommended daily amount in two, to give half in the morning and half in the evening.
For best results, it is advised that Scullcap & Valerian Tablets are used every day for a minimum of three weeks, ideally alongside gentle and consistent behavioural work and training.
