Click and Collect
We offer a click and collect service for items that are in stock in as little as 2 hours. Please place your order selecting our click and collect service. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email and text message to let you know your order is ready for collection. Please do not try to collect your order until you have received this message. When you arrive in-store, please present your confirmation email and/or text message to a member of the shop team. Simply show a copy of the email or text message on your phone - we don't need to see a printed copy! Please note if orders are placed within the last 2 hours of the store opening hours it is likely your order will be processed for collection for the next day. Any orders for click and collect received out of hours will also be processed the next day.
Delivery Information
Local Delivery Fees:
We offer local delivery for postcodes local to the shop.
Local delivery up to 2 miles: FREE delivery. Minimum order value £25.
Local delivery 2 - 4 miles: £5 delivery fee. Minimum order value £35.
We will aim to deliver your order within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please detail your preferred delivery day and time in the notes section at the time of placing your order. On receipt of your order we will be in touch to arrange a convenient delivery time.
Nationwide Delivery Fees:
We currently ship parcels to mainland UK only (excluding Highlands and Islands).
Our delivery days are generally Monday to Friday and exclude all UK Bank Holidays. Orders received on Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

- £3.99 1kg-2kg.
- £4.99 2kg-5kg.
- £6.99 5kg-10kg.
- £7.99 10kg-20kg.
- £9.99 20kg-40kg.
- £19.99 40kg-60kg.
Parcels will generally be dispatched the next working day. We aim for all orders to be dispatched within 48 hours.
Parcels above £10 value will be sent by Royal Mail using their tracked 48 hour service. Parcels below this value will be sent standard second class.
Unfortunately, we are unable to take responsibility for parcels left in 'safe spaces' if the courier has confirmed delivery. Please get in touch if there is an issue with your delivery and we will do everything we can to help.
All frozen items will be sent on a next day delivery service. To ensure your frozen order arrives at the correct temperatures, we have a minimum order weight of 5kg. Therefore please ensure orders for any frozen items are a minimum of 5kg when completing your order.
If your frozen order arrives the day after dispatch, we do not offer refunds or replacements for orders that have defrosted during transit. Dog food can be safely defrosted and refrozen provided it is still cold.
If your frozen order has been delivered late by Royal Mail (for example, your delivery has not been delivered the day after dispatch when sent on a 24 hour service and is now defrosted) then please get in touch and we can look into this for you.
Please note at present we are unable to ship orders of more than 60kg. However, please contact us if you would like to discuss an order over this weight as we will do our best to help you.
