Click and Collect

We offer a click and collect service for items that are in stock in as little as 2 hours.  Please place your order selecting our click and collect service.  Once your order is ready, you will receive an email and text message to let you know your order is ready for collection. Please do not try to collect your order until you have received this message. When you arrive in-store, please present your confirmation email and/or text message to a member of the shop team. Simply show a copy of the email or text message on your phone - we don't need to see a printed copy!  Please note if orders are placed within the last 2 hours of the store opening hours it is likely your order will be processed for collection for the next day.  Any orders for click and collect received out of hours will also be processed the next day. 

Delivery Information

Local Delivery Fees:
 
We offer local delivery for postcodes local to the shop. 
 
Local delivery up to 2 miles: FREE delivery. Minimum order value £25.  
Local delivery 2 - 4 miles: £5 delivery fee.  Minimum order value £35.
We will aim to deliver your order within 48 hours of receiving your order.  Please detail your preferred delivery day and time in the notes section at the time of placing your order.  On receipt of your order we will be in touch to arrange a convenient delivery time.
 
Nationwide Delivery Fees:
 
We currently ship parcels to mainland UK only (excluding Highlands and Islands).   
 
Our delivery days are generally Monday to Friday and exclude all UK Bank Holidays. Orders received on Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
 
Due to higher shipping costs, raw food and large bags (10kg and 15kg) of dry food have shipping fees that are separate to our other products.
 
Non raw food and dry food shipping fees are as follows:
  • £5.99 flat fee.
  • Parcels will be dispatched the next working day for orders received before midday.  Orders placed after midday will likely dispatch the following day but will be dispatched within 48 hours of us receiving the order.
  • Parcels will be sent by Royal Mail using their tracked 48 hour service. 
Next day delivery is available should you wish to receive your parcel sooner. Orders must be received by midday. Orders placed after midday will not be guaranteed next day delivery. Next day shipping is available for £7.99.
 
Raw food and dry large food bags (10kg and 15kg) shipping fees are as follows:
  • Up to 20kg £7.99.
  • Up to 40kg £15.99.
  • Up to 60kg £23.99.
  • Raw food will be shipped on a 24 hour service to ensure the parcel arrives in a timely manner.
Please note at present we are unable to ship orders of more than 60kg. However, please contact us if you would like to discuss an order over this weight as we will do our best to help you.
