Returns and exchanges

Returns Policy

 
Perishable (Fresh) Products: We cannot accept returns of any fresh or frozen products; this includes all raw food.
 
Non-Perishable (Dry) Products: We can accept returns of dry, non-perishable products, providing they are unopened and in their original packaging.
 
Toys, Accessories and Non Food Products: We can accept returns on toys, accessories and non food products, providing they are unopened and in their original packaging.
 
If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns must be made at your own cost to the following address:
 
Barney's Corner, 10 Hockliffe Street, Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, LU7 1HJ.
 
Please include a note with your return that includes your name, address, contact number and order number.
 
Refunds
 
We aim to process your refund a maximum of 5 working days after we have received the returned product. Refunds are typically processed by your card issuing bank within 3-10 working days of us raising the refund.
 
Exchanges
 
If you wish to exchange a product please get in touch via email at info@barneyscorner.co.uk.  Please provide your order number, the item you wish to return and details of the item you wish to exchange it for.  The returned item needs to be arranged by you at your own cost.  The replacement item/s will not be shipped until we have received the item/s you are returning for exchange.
 
Damaged Products
 
If any of your products arrive damaged, please email us at info@barneyscorner.co.uk with your order number and an image of the damaged product. If the product/s are faulty through no fault of your own, we will happily replace or refund the affected item/s.
